You have several different things going on here - Strictly speaking the ANL
Network Diagnostic Tester (NDT) is a separate project that sits on top of
web100. Since NDT contains components written in Java, I am forwarding your
inquiry to Richard Carlson, the author of that software. However, last time I
spoke to Rich, NDT was still unfunded.
Unfortunately we can not replicate your symptoms from here. This is probably
due to difference in our Java environments.
Have you tested other Web100 tools, such as gutil? These are less automated
than NDT but should be able to test that web100 itself is functioning properly.
