We are no longer supporting the 2.4 series. Patch version 2.4.0 for
2.4.27 is the last planned release. We will continue to issue up-to-date
patches for the 2.6 series.

You may want to contact the internet2 webmaster, though I think Rich
Carlson reads this list, and can probably get it fixed.
