Hi all,
looking at the stats i have collected during a file tarnsfer i notice that
Cwnd adjustments due to OtherReductions is quite significant as compared
to Cwnd adjustment by CongestionAvoidance, any ideas how i can turn off
this feature(OtherReductions) are welcome?
