I have a question on the logged SndNxt for a tcp session using web100. In the description, the SndNxt is expected to be pulled back due to retransmission. However, I am not able to see this even though I am sure there is retransmission occurring.
Could someone give some explanation here?
SndNxt is generally only pulled back on a timeout. If fast retransmit
is working, this won't happen.
