Hi Richard;

Yes, it looks like our web admin moved some files around that the ISO image 
was truncated.  I've restored the latest version (v1.4) so you can download 
it again.

I should also note that I should have a new version out in the next few 
days, this will fix some NDT bugs that were reported on the 
ndt-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx list and it will have the latest (v1.3) version of 
the NPAD tool installed.
