Thank for your quick replay; it is unfortunate that we cannot use web10. We
do need a TCP stack tuning for HSC instead of the hit and miss we are doing
now.

My understanding is that  Web100  only monitors statistics of TCP
flows starting/ending at the Web100 host.  To monitor layer 2 traffic,
you'll need to use another tool, such as  tcpdump  or  wireshark.
